“Complexity made Simple” was the theme of this year’s BCHRMA conference recently held in Vancouver and Insights Vancouver was pleased to participate in the Conference Trade Show. Over the course of the two day event we connected with a number of HR professionals. For some in attendance, it was their first exposure to Insights, while for others already incorporating Insights into learning and development initiatives, it was an opportunity to learn how to leverage their past success with Insights and take the learning to the next level.
Senior consultants from Insights Vancouver had the opportunity to engage participants using the Insights Team Effectiveness Mat – a focused workshop tool that generates rapid clarification of team issues leading to extraordinary learning for participants. Many participants were eager to find out more about the Team Effectiveness model and expand their application of the Insights system. Their goals are to facilitate team building, improve work group performance, and support high performance teams.
Whether handling the human resource needs of a small dental lab or a university – a government department or a private consulting service, the challenge of successful team development was almost universal. It was reassuring to discover HR professionals everywhere share similar concerns about engagement and meaningful learning. The Insights Team Effectiveness floor mat provided an instant connection point to begin the dialogue and showcase the various strengths and challenges teams face.
The Insights Team Effectiveness model simplifies the complex task of engagement, team building and development. To learn more about Discovering Team Effectiveness and Navigating Team Effectiveness, please contact our office.
