Regional Offices Learn to Flourish with Insights
Team building can be difficult, especially when you’re trying to do it in the midst of sweeping organizational restructuring. A provincial society with regional offices struggled to incorporate substantial restructuring and refocusing across multiple-locations while maximizing employee engagement and minimizing stress. Senior leaders understood the potential impact of change on individuals and the team and chose to increase the ROI by building on their previous work with Insights which began in 2008.
Insights ‘Learning to Flourish’ provided a solid assessment of team resilience and gave participants goal setting, interaction and team-strengthening strategies. Workshops delivered in locations across the province provided team members the opportunity to explore team dynamics within their own office and as a part of the larger virtual-team.
Team members learned stress-reduction and goal-setting techniques to help them as they take the organization to the next level. Peer-to-peer communication and team resilience both improved. This organization continues to evolve and the learning continues. Insights will continue to be a part of the on-going development.
