Joyce is the President and Founder of the Insights Learning & Development office in Vancouver, B.C. She has over 30 years of proven experience in guiding the achievement of desired results—on time, on budget, and with maximum employee engagement. She has managed for, and consulted with, public and private sector organizations in Canada, the U.S., Great Britain and Asia. Through her experience as a front-line manager, leadership consultant, facilitator, professional speaker, author, and early childhood educator, Joyce knows the power of combining practical real life stories with proven best practices. Joyce specializes in regenerating people through a focus on inner strengths—and achieving sustainable shifts for improved performance.
Much of Joyce’s current work is focused on supporting leadership development, particularly leadership in a changing environment. As well as providing direct service delivery for clients, Joyce serves as a member of the global Insights Learning & Development faculty for accrediting Insights Discovery practitioners.
Joyce is passionate about “bringing hope to a changing world” and is committed to giving back to her community. She is a regular volunteer with the Minerva Foundation, an organization that empowers women to follow their dreams. She has also been an active participant in the annual Weekend to End Women’s Cancer fundraising walks. Increasingly, you will find Joyce at her second home on the Sunshine Coast, appreciating the abundance of beautiful British Columbia and “working to model a balanced life style”.

Anne Bishop is a gifted learning and development professional. She specializes in developing innovative, customized learning solutions that employ world class tools and are engaging, results driven and powerfully delivered.
With over 25 years experience as an educator, Anne brings her unparalleled depth of experience and unique brand of sparkle to all her projects. Current work includes facilitating development in such areas as leadership, team building, change effectiveness and service orientation. Spanning both the private and public sector, her recent successes in shifting performance includes teams from Deloitte, ICBC, the Union Bank of California, and many provincial ministries.
Anne is a senior facilitator and member of Insights Vancouver’s core team. She has a proven ability to guide teams and organizations to discover and leverage their potential. Her mastery in the art of integrating high performance facilitation, coaching and change intervention enables her clients to quickly apply their learning to their everyday work environment.
Anne holds a Masters degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, a Teaching Certificate and Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia. Within the Insights Learning and Development System Anne is: accredited in Insights Discovery, Team Effectiveness Qualified and is a certified Insights Transformational Leadership Practitioner. She recently joined the global Insights Learning & Development faculty for accrediting Insights Discovery practitioners.

Stella is a bilingual (French and English) facilitator and coach with international experience in diverse industries, including retail, insurance, tourism and entertainment (including Walt Disney Inc.),.
Stella’s expertise includes leading projects to promote cultural change and has a strong background in people skills facilitation. Over the past 30 years, Stella has delivered a variety of people-focused programs such as: leadership development, sales management and coaching skills for managers, and sales and customer service skills for frontline employees.
In her facilitation, participants note she enables the development of Emotional Intelligence in these broad topic areas. As a Certified Business Coach (C.E.C), she helps individuals develop competencies which enrich both their personal lives and business contributions.

CHENEY CREAMER, BA
SENIOR LEARNING CONSULTANT
Cheney Creamer has a passion for coaching individuals and teams to reach their highest potential. Cheney is a personal coach, facilitator, and Senior Consultant for Insights Learning & Development (Vancouver). Her work with Insights enables Cheney to continuously develop her own skills, while opening the door to new possibilities for tomorrow’s great leaders.
In 2002 Cheney began working with Insights, and in 2005 she joined the team as a full time associate. Since 2010, she has also been studying Horticultural Therapy and is excited about weaving together a variety of wellness methods with the Insights system for programs about stress management and building healthy workplaces. She is a dedicated advocate for environmental awareness, and has focused her life, work, and studies around issues of social and interpersonal psychology, nature based therapies, native plants and medicine, and our relationships to food production and consumption.
Cheney is a published author and entrepreneur, and has worked in the corporate sector as a business owner, writer, editor, keynote speaker, program director, manager, and facilitator. She also has extensive experience working in the not-for-profit (or “social profit”) world. Some of her proudest moments were as the Program Coordinator for the Vancouver Good Food Box and the Breakfast Program Coordinator for Collingwood Neighbourhood House. She also introduced, designed, and facilitated a “Healthy Food=Healthy Communities” program for Native Housing Cooperatives in the Lower Mainland. She has taught a variety of holistic nutrition classes, nature based meditation workshops, and informational seminars about environmental awareness and sustainable, healthy lifestyle maintenance.
Currently, Cheney is focusing on developing programs that inspire people to de-stress, have more fun, and find new and unique ways to reconnect with themselves, each other, and nature. She believes that by educating ourselves about lifestyle choices that nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits, we can access a whole new world of opportunities for health and well-being.
SHAUNA GRINKE, M.B.A.

Shauna is a Senior Learning Consultant with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing human resource systems in organizations. Her expertise includes learning and development, recruiting and on-boarding processes, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, strategic planning, and employee engagement. She is described by her clients as “energetic, results-driven, and creative”, with an ability to “develop and implement people solutions that create business results”.
Currently working with a diverse range of clients—from forest research to the hospitality industry, and from not-for-profit to sales organizations—Shauna is passionate about working with leaders and teams to help them maximize their effectiveness. Over Shauna’s corporate and consulting career, she has developed a practical approach and expertise in customer service, sales, and team effectiveness.
Shauna helps other professionals, in the fields of human resources and organizational development, through her involvement on the Executive Board of the BC Organizational Development Network.

Jayne is a Senior Learning Consultant with over thirty years of experience in the Sales and Human Resources divisions of several profit and membership based (not-for-profit) organizations including Royal Trust/RBC Royal Bank, Foresters and the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA).
Recognized as a passionate leader with a sense of humour who inspires others and embraces challenges, Jayne specializes in fostering relationships with all levels of organizational leaders. She excels at assisting leaders in the areas of Leadership Development, Coaching, Effective Selling Skills, Change Management and Organizational Learning.

Kim White is a Senior Learning Consultant with Insights Vancouver where she engages in a client-centered approach to assist individuals and teams embrace areas of growth, learning and opportunity through increased self-awareness. As a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) and certified executive coach (PCC), Kim ensures that each individual’s unique potential and unique contribution is recognized and valued as a key component to team and organizational success. She is a skilled and adaptable facilitator who easily engages participants in an open and flexible learning environment. With over 20 years experience in the field of conflict resolution, Kim combines her client-centered approach with her proven relational expertise to assist client organizations in creating healthy and productive work environments. Her positive and compassionate nature paves the way for clients to embrace the most difficult conversations.
Kim has been connected with Insights since 2000 when she was first accredited as an internal practitioner with a client organization. Sparked by the huge success of the Insights System with her clients, Kim was motivated to join the Insights Vancouver Team. As client manager Kim facilitates a broad range of programs across Canada and the US and has traveled as far afield as France and Cameroon … où elle a enseigné les ateliers en Français! DALE NELSON
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
Dale specializes in communication, persuasion, and strategic business development. He is an expert who helps organizations and their leaders expand their communication capacity, and consequently, their ability to influence and sustain change. He authors ‘Write Types’, a blog exploring the use of the powerful Insights Discovery system in written communications. Recently, he has been studying the richness of Deeper Discovery Archetypes as they apply to crafting connecting and dynamic messaging in emails, reports and inter-office memos, and on social media platforms.
His exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with high energy and humour are strong assets as a facilitator and speaker. He has a deep understanding of adult learning and development, and has worked with crown corporations, government ministries, public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Dale prides himself on becoming a trusted advisor to his clients.
His background includes newspaper publisher, radio and television executive and, most recently, CEO of two high-tech companies he helped navigate through their initial set-up and public launches. He combines experience, academic learning, and research with the dirt-under-the-fingernails practicality that gives him a real-world perspective and a practical approach that clients love. Along with his passion for improving communication, he also loves technology and rock and roll, although he is not nearly as skilled in those areas.
KEN BLOSSER
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
In addition to connecting with clients and potential clients, Ken manages the professional services required for a growing organization like Insights Vancouver. Ken is the liaison between Insights Vancouver and Insights office across Canada and around the world, as well as Insights Learning and development in Scotland. The increasing prevalence of national and international accounts within the Insights Vancouver office will make this a growing role over the next number of years.
NATALY CHOPTY
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Nataly is our Event Packer extraordinaire! She processes evaluators for upcoming workshops, prepares participant materials, and packs the many assorted materials that go into an Insights Discovery workshop. When an Insights Facilitator arrives at a venue to facilitate an Insights workshop, Nataly will have ensured the facilitator has everything needed to deliver a super session.
Rosalin ensures the happiness of all the Insights Vancouver staff and vendors by making sure they get paid in a timely manner, as well as handling all the necessary bookkeeping and reporting functions of a growing and very busy office.
SHARYN SKALNIK
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Sharyn has been with Insights Vancouver since 2000. She is the first person you speak with when you call the office. She keeps track of all upcoming Insights workshops and events and has a unique ability to make sure all materials and people are in the right place at the right time. Sharyn is our first line of customer service and the liaison with our client’s administrative assistants, as well as our Licensed Practitioners. She helps clients set up the procedures for processing incoming Insights evaluators and answers all manner of questions from clients and practitioners daily.
