Insights is an organization with a global reputation for delivering customized, transformational learning, that helps organizations increase their effectiveness in 5 key areas:  sales, team, individual, leadership and organization.  To help us help you be even more effective in the areas of developing Sales People, we would like to learn more about how organizations are increasing their ability to succeed by training their sales force.   


Please take 6 minutes or less from your busy day to answer the short 22 question survey below.  Once you have completed the survey, simply click on the Submit button to send your results.

Sales Effectiveness Survey Prize Draw!
*Refers to one of two $50 VISA gift cards.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Odds: The odds of winning this sweepstake are dependent on the amount of eligible surveys received.  Limit one prize per person, immediate family, or household.

How to Enter: To be eligible to win you must complete and submit the Sales Effectiveness Survey.  This sweepstake is conducted by Insights Learning & Development Vancouver Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) and is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older. All entries must be submitted online by midnight PST on June 14th, 2009. Surveys received after entry deadline will not be guaranteed or processed. Entries will be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are found to have been obtained outside legitimate channels of distribution, or are illegal, or not obtained in accordance with these sweepstakes rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.  The Sponsor, its subsidiaries, agents, distributors and representatives shall not be responsible for any delay, theft, misdirection, misplacement or destruction of entry forms. The sweepstake is subject to all Federal, Provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

Winner Selection
: On June 15th, 2009, two (2) entries will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries received. Retail value is $50 CA.  The winner will be notified by email within 30 days after applicable draw. If winner cannot be contacted for any reason, in Sponsor's discretion, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within three days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Miscellaneous
. The decision of the Sponsor is final with respect to all aspects of this sweepstake.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and agree that Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employee, representative and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

: The winner’s first name will be posted on the Sponsor's web site. For the winner’s full name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by the dates above to the sponsor’s address below.
