Insights Transformational Leadership LaunchPad

The ITL Launch Pad explore a diverse range of critical attributes and skills through the lens of your own preferences.  This one day comprehensive program provides practical, experiential exercises and tools to greatly enhance leadership capabilities. Designed for middle to senior level managers, this program is also suitable for those who influence or engage others to facilitate and enhance performance results.
