Insights Transformational Leadership Program

Our flagship ITL Program uses the awareness initiated in the ITL Launch Pad to commence an intensive transformative experience. The program takes a multi-dimensional approach to developing leaders, helping them to make dramatic and sustainable improvements to their effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

This 8 & ½ day program focuses on a synergistic approach for enhancing both, results and relationships, and centred and visionary leadership. This program is designed to accelerate tangible results for middle managers through to senior level managers and executives. In order to receive optimal benefits from this learning experience, it is recommended that participants attend all 9 sessions.
