Insights for Emerging Leaders

Insights for Emerging Leaders enables new leaders to understand how their preferences and learning styles influence their leadership success. Leaders examine practical strategies and models for successful workplace application. A series of 6 half-day modules is currently open for public enrolment.

These 6 modules within the Insights for Emerging Leaders series can be attended in sequence, or as individual stand alone programs. Each module focuses on a different aspect of leadership that is relevant to people considering moving into their first leadership role, through to participants currently holding supervisory to mid-manager level positions.

 Cost:       $275 per person for each workshop if you register before January 1st
                 $295 per person for each workshop if you register after January 1st

                 $1,495 per person if you register for all 6 workshops

Pre-requisite: These sessions will use the Insights Discovery Profile – Foundation, Management, and Personal Achievement chapters.
