Fully engaging people in changing times

 October 4th, 5th, and 6th

If you need to do more with less, this fast-paced 3-day program provides a comprehensive overview of best practices for building engagement in a changing environment.  You will have the opportunity to:

• Increase your understanding about how personal style and preferences influence success during changing times;

• Self- assess your leadership behaviours against best practices;

• Learn how to measure different levels of engagement during the life cycle of a change, and use this information to inform strategy development;

• Apply a model for designing and delivering effective communication messages around change;

• Explore how you can contribute to achieving business results on time, on budget and with increased levels of employee engagement.

• Receive a comprehensive set of materials all designed to turn the learning into immediate workplace application, including:

  • 180 page practical Learning Guide resource for use in the workshop and the workplace,

  • check lists, and

  • job aids.

 Who should attend?

• Project Managers, HR / OD Professionals, and managers interested in increasing their skills and abilities to successfully manage current and emerging change.

• Participants are required to have an Insights Discovery profile and a basic understanding of the Insights system.   If you have not attended an introductory session or do not have a profile, contact us for arrangements.
