The Coaching with Insights program meets both these needs through imparting a comprehensive knowledge of the Insights Discovery System, and demonstrating how it can be applied in the contexts of personal coaching and one-to-one management relationships.

This adaptable program suits experienced coaches looking for a tool to deepen their one-to-one work, corporate managers wanting to learn how to support their staff in a coaching style, or new coaches looking to extend their skills.

The Coaching with Insights program introduces two Insights tools that are particularly valuable in a one-to-one setting:

Insights Discovery Personal Profile: Our core profiling tool is a detailed description of an individual's personality and how their workplace behavior may be perceived by others. The Foundation Chapter is the starting point for all development work and can be extended with specialist chapters including management, effective selling, personal achievement, and interview questions.
Insights Compass: Our e-learning personal development program covers areas including setting a vision and goals, inter-personal relationships and teambuilding, time management and prioritization, and managing stress and work/life balance. Participants can choose the complete 40 module program, or select the modules of their choice.
